 Exclusive Testing Kit Policy:

• Each product comes with an exclusive testing kit for your peace of mind. 
• We kindly request you to test the fragrance using the testing kit before opening the main bottle.

• If the fragrance is not the right match for you, we offer a hassle-free return, as long as the main bottle remains unopened and in original condition.

Returns:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it, provided that the item is:

• Unused.
• Unopened.
• In its original packaging.
• In resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
